The offline cutting module is designed for ultra-high component PCB depaneling, featuring a MAX 60,000 RPM high-speed cutting capability. It includes a high-power industrial dust collector, an intelligent milling cutter control system, and a safety protection system, all operated on a Windows 10 platform.

The entire machine is fully enclosed for safety, with a high-rigidity welded base and beam structure for stability. It uses a single spindle and dual trays driven by a servo motor and screw rod for precise interactive movement, ensuring long-term high precision and stability.

Equipped with a high-resolution CCD magnifying lens, the system supports flying shooting and automatic Mark point detection for program teaching and editing. This ensures higher precision, clearer images, and more accurate operation.
